to breaking. The eggs shall be mechanically broken, separated, and filtered under USDA supervision. All ingredients and packaging shall meet or exceed established written parameters established by Food & Beverage Holding. Salt will be incorporated into the liquid egg prior to thermo-processing with the use of an industrial blender at 10%.
All egg products are processed and packaged under the continuous supervision of the Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
