Food & Beverage Holding's Bulk Liquid Whole Egg shall be prepared from domestically produced eggs that have been stored under refrigerated conditions immediately after collection. The eggs shall be detergent washed, sanitized, and manually inspected prior to breaking.
The eggs shall be mechanically broken and filtered under USDA supervision. The liquid eggs shall then be pasteurized to meet or exceed established regulations 9CFR590.570, chilled to 40 F or below, and stored in jacketed, refrigerated tanks. The wholesale liquid whole eggs are then packaged, coded, palletized, and stored under refrigerated conditions (40 F or below). All Liquid Egg products shall be shipped in refrigerated vehicles.
