Whey protein isolate is obtained by reducing the fat and carbohydrate content of whey. This process results in a protein content of at least 90 %. Thanks to this process, whey isolates have a lower lactose content than whey protein concentrates, making it an appealing choice for people who are lactose intolerant. Due to their composition, whey protein isolates are particularly fitting for nutritional applications, especially sports nutrition products.

  • Regular or instant (soya or sunflower lecithin)
