matter, it is a product free of additives and chemical preservatives and does not contain grains or traces of other conventional raw materials. The production of organic and gluten-free whole-grain oat flakes is carried out under a quality and safety assurance system capable of controlling and preventing cross-contamination with other gluten-containing cereals (wheat, barley, rye) throughout the production chain. For this purpose, different control measures are applied from the cultivation of the raw material to the packaging of the finished product.
